Beautiful modern room with no fridge, so I had to move to a charming bungalow with mosquitoes, a lizard, and a nightly rat visit. Great value, no breakfast, 2% card fee, noisy from nearby mosque.

This place has new, spacious, and beautiful rooms, has a great location a short walk from a well-known beach, and it's surrounded by bars and restaurants.

The rooms here are very clean and nice, the breakfast includes juice, and the staff is friendly and always available.

my recent stay in kuta lombok was amazing. zifa totally exceeded my expectations with their cozy bungalows, friendly owner, and convenient location near great restaurants and the beach. renting a scooter from the hotel allowed me to explore even more beautiful beaches. highly recommended.

The team was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, close to everything. The future pool looks like it will be amazing. The room had everything we needed, from an electric kettle to a flat-screen TV. The garden was beautiful and great for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even helped us with our missing luggage. Such a fantastic experience!

I recently stayed at Zifa Kuta Lombok for a business trip, as it was chosen by my director. The hotel provided towels, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The Wi-Fi was horribly bad, frequently losing connection and weak.
